Once the photos have been taken they are instantly uploaded to the cloud.

We use Amazon Web Services to store images.

2. Guest Scans a QR code

Scanning the QR code takes the guest to a dedicated page of ours.

This page will have bespoke branding appropriate for your event.

3. Guest takes a selfie

On the page that the QR code takes them to the guest has the option to take a selfie.

That facial data is then sent to the cloud and to our AI system.

4. Photo delivery to phone

Our AI system matches the guest’s face data with the photos uploaded.

Once it has found them it sends them to your phone (on the same page as you took your selfie).

A confirmation text message or email is also sent to the guest.

This all takes seconds, it’s not a long process.

There are many ways this can be used. Some ideas include;

• entrance photos for gala dinners (with A7 cards with a QR code on the place setting)

If you want to create the branding we'll provide the specification. We will need the overlay in PNG format with transparency.
